ER Collet Chucks
From the Company that invented them
REGO-FIX ER Collet Chucks set the industry benchmark for high-precision toolholding in milling, drilling, and tapping applications. Manufactured in Switzerland to the highest ISO 15488 (formerly DIN 6499) standards, REGO-FIX ER collet chucks deliver excellent runout accuracy—typically ≤ 5 microns (≤ 0.0002") at 3xD—ensuring superior part quality and extended tool life.
Available for a wide range of spindle tapers (CAT, BT, HSK, CAPTO, and others) and in ER8 through ER50 collet sizes, these chucks offer maximum versatility across machining centers, turning centers, and Swiss-style machines.
The REGO-FIX system also includes options for coolant-through capability, sealed collets for high-pressure applications, and precision-balanced versions for high-speed machining up to 30,000 RPM. Whether for general machining, medical components, or aerospace parts, REGO-FIX ER Collet Chucks deliver reliable clamping, easy tool changes, and exceptional performance. |

powRgrip® Unrivaled Toolholding
Performance Without Heat Shrink
REGO-FIX powRgrip® toolholding systems combine high clamping force, outstanding concentricity, and user-friendly operation — without the need for heat shrink equipment. Utilizing a simple mechanical press-fit between the collet and toolholder, the powRgrip system achieves clamping forces exceeding 9,000 N (2,023 lbf), with runout accuracy of less than 3 microns (0.0001") at 3xD.
The system operates at speeds up to 50,000 RPM and supports coolant-through machining, making it ideal for high-speed milling, drilling, and reaming operations.
Available for tool shanks from 0.2 mm to 25.4 mm (0.008" to 1"), powRgrip provides tool change repeatability within 1 micron — significantly enhancing precision machining performance. Recognized for its unmatched vibration damping and tool life extension, powRgrip is widely used in aerospace, medical, mold and die, and high-end automotive manufacturing. |
RE≡Cool – Retrofit Coolant
Through for Live Tools
REGO-FIX RE≡Cool is a revolutionary system that converts standard static or live tooling into coolant-through tools — without the need for expensive internal coolant machine retrofits. Designed for easy installation on driven tools and rotary holders, RE≡Cool enables through-coolant machining even on machines that originally had external coolant delivery only.
RE≡Cool supports up to 80 bar (1,160 psi) coolant pressures, drastically improving chip evacuation, cooling efficiency, and tool life.
Available in multiple versions to fit ER11 to ER40 size collet chucks, RE≡Cool is a practical, low-cost solution for upgrading performance on Swiss-type lathes, turning centers, and multi-axis machines. By delivering coolant directly to the cutting edge, RE≡Cool helps shops improve machining speeds, surface finish quality, and overall process stability without major equipment investments. |
