Heule’s COFA system is the industry-leading solution for front and back deburring and chamfering of cross holes in a single pass — without the need for reversing the spindle or rotating the workpiece.

Designed for hole sizes starting as small as Ø2.0 mm (0.079"), the COFA tool features a replaceable carbide blade that automatically adjusts to the bore surface and edge contours, delivering consistent, high-quality deburring even in challenging cross-hole geometries.

The blade is radially flexible and works equally well on uneven, sloped, or irregular surfaces.

BSF – Back Spot Facing
and Counterboring from One Side

The Heule BSF tool is a game-changer for back spot facing, counterboring, and back counter-sinking operations — allowing complete machining from the accessible front side of the workpiece.

Designed for bore diameters from Ø6.5 mm (0.256") up to Ø21.0 mm (0.827"), the BSF system automatically deploys a cutter blade once it passes through the hole and retracts it after cutting, all without requiring reverse spindle motion or part flipping.

Available with standard and custom blade options, the BSF system enables precise spotfacing on high-value parts like engine blocks, valve bodies, and aerospace structures.

The Heule COMP (Combination Tool) is a multi-functional tool that consolidates drilling, chamfering, counterboring, and even deburring operations into a single machining step.

Developed for precision manufacturing environments, the COMP tool reduces cycle times, minimizes tool changes, and ensures perfect concentricity between features by machining them in one setup.

Standard models are available for hole diameters ranging from Ø4.0 mm (0.157") to Ø14.0 mm (0.551"), with custom designs extending beyond these ranges to meet specific customer requirements.

Insertable carbide cutting edges provide long tool life and easy replacement, while optional internal coolant-through designs ensure optimal chip evacuation and heat management.
