Factory Tooling Solutions is powered by a seasoned team of territory managers and technical specialists who bring decades of hands-on experience in manufacturing, machining, and industrial sales. Founded in January 2007 by Kirk Beavers—an industry veteran with over 40 years in tool manufacturing and national sales leadership—the team combines deep product knowledge with a practical understanding of real-world shop needs.

With strategically located representatives covering the Midwest and Central U.S., each team member offers a unique background ranging from CNC programming and cutting tool application to distribution, national account management, and technical education. Whether you're a manufacturer seeking high-performance solutions, a distributor looking for responsive field support, or a new principal aiming to expand your regional presence, our team is equipped to deliver value at every level of the supply chain.

Kirk Beavers – Founder & President

Territory Coverage - Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Central Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota​Kirk Beavers brings over four decades of experience in the manufacturing industry to his role as Founder and President of Factory Tooling Solutions. Growing up in West Des Moines, Iowa, Kirk developed an early interest in machining, which led him to enroll in the Machine Shop program at Des Moines Technical High School. Upon graduating, he began his career at John Deere, where he completed a machinist apprenticeship and honed his skills over six years.​

In 1980, Kirk transitioned into technical sales, joining TRW's Carbide Division—later known as Rogers Tool Works (RTW). During his 19-year tenure at RTW, he advanced to the position of Midwest Regional Sales Manager, a role he held for a decade. His leadership and deep industry knowledge contributed significantly to the company's growth in the region.​

Kirk further expanded his expertise at Circle Machine Company, where he served for 11 years, including four years as National Sales Manager. His experience in both regional and national sales management provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the tooling industry's dynamics.​

In January 2007, Kirk leveraged his extensive experience to establish Factory Tooling Solutions, aiming to provide top-tier tooling solutions and exceptional customer service to manufacturers. Under his leadership, the company has built strong partnerships with leading manufacturers and has become a trusted resource in the industry.​

Personal Interests - Kirk enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Michele, have been married for over 40 years and are proud grandparents.​

Chris Beavers – Regional Sales Manager

Chris Beavers brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to his role as Regional Sales Manager at Factory Tooling Solutions. Raised in Ankeny, Iowa, Chris developed a passion for golf, fishing, and sports early in life.After graduating from high school in 1999, he pursued a degree in Agricultural Business at Iowa State University, reflecting his interest in both agriculture and business.​Factory Tooling Solutions

Upon graduating in 2004, Chris was selected for Kennametal's prestigious Industrial Products Group (IPG) training program in Augusta, Georgia. During this intensive six-month program, he gained in-depth knowledge of high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide cutting tools, including drills, end mills, and taps.

Following his training, Chris was assigned to Alcoa in Torrance, California, where he worked closely with CNC machines to test and implement cutting tool solutions aimed at enhancing productivity at the spindle. His hands-on experience in this role provided him with valuable insights into the practical applications of cutting tools in a high-demand manufacturing environment.​

Chris then transitioned to a sales position with Kennametal in Indianapolis, Indiana. While there, he furthered his technical education by enrolling in milling classes at a local technical school. His seven-year tenure in Indianapolis allowed him to build strong relationships with clients and deepen his understanding of the industry's evolving needs.

In 2012, Chris relocated to Kansas City with his wife, Gina, and their dog, Maddox, to join Factory Tooling Solutions, working alongside his father, Kirk Beavers.

Personal Interests -Chris enjoys golf, fishing, and sports. He resides in Kansas City with his wife, Gina, and their dog, Maddox.​

Bryan Prilliman – Territory Manager

Territory Coverage - Indiana​Bryan Prillman brings over 30 years of experience in industrial distribution and cutting tool applications to his role as Territory Manager at Factory Tooling Solutions. His career began in the early 1990s, where he developed a strong foundation in sales and customer service within the manufacturing sector.​

Bryan pursued studies in business marketing at Oakland City College and Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), complemented by coursework in machining principles at Ivy Tech Community College. This combination of business acumen and technical knowledge has been instrumental in his ability to provide tailored solutions to clients across various industries.​

Throughout his career, Bryan has specialized in cutting tool applications, working closely with clients to optimize their manufacturing processes. His dedication to understanding each client's unique needs has earned him a reputation for reliability and expertise in the field.​

Personal Interests - Outside of his professional endeavors, Bryan is an accomplished keyboardist who enjoys writing and arranging music. He is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering as a chaplain in men's correctional facilities. Bryan finds relaxation in camping and fishing, and he and his wife have been happily married for 35 years, raising three children together.​

Terry Loveland – Territory Manager

Terry Loveland brings over three decades of experience in manufacturing tool sales to his role as Territory Manager at Factory Tooling Solutions. His journey in the machining industry began in the 1970s and 1980s, working alongside his father and grandfather in their family-owned tool and die shop. This early exposure instilled in him a deep appreciation for precision craftsmanship and the intricacies of machining processes.​

After graduating from college, Terry was naturally drawn back to the machining industry. He has since built a robust career in manufacturing tool sales, gaining extensive experience through both distribution and factory sales channels. His comprehensive understanding of tooling applications and commitment to customer service have made him a trusted advisor to clients across various sectors.​

Personal Interests: Terry is an avid sports enthusiast who has enjoyed coaching his four sons in various sports throughout their upbringing.He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for nearly 20 years and share a blended family of four sons. While they currently have numerous "grand-puppies," "grand-kitties," and "grand-goldfish," they look forward to the possibility of welcoming grandchildren in the future, whom Terry hopes to coach or cheer on in their endeavors.​


Brian Albright – Territory Manager

After earning his degree in Manufacturing Technology, Brian began his career as a CNC operator, quickly advancing to CNC programming—a role he held for three years. His deep understanding of machining processes and commitment to precision laid a strong foundation for his transition into technical sales.​

Brian spent a decade at Rogers Tool Works (RTW), where he honed his skills in providing cutting-edge tooling solutions to a diverse client base. He then expanded his expertise during his tenure at Sandvik Coromant, a global leader in metal cutting tools, further solidifying his reputation for delivering value-driven solutions tailored to complex manufacturing challenges.

Personal Interests - A lifelong resident of Central Illinois, Brian earned his pilot's license as a junior in high school in 1978, reflecting his enduring passion for aviation. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and cherishes time spent with his family.
